A big-hearted fat girl (played by Ah-jung Kim ) with a great singing voice is determined to change her life for the better. She disappears for a year while she physically becomes a new person. So she has a complete makeover. Plastic surgery is the way and she is definitely a stunner. But she's still the same person inside. It's kind of a modern Korean ugly duckling story by director Yong-hwa Kim.
Though she looks different, she still has insecurities and the effects of the surgeries give her new concerns.
